At Zaira Leo Events, we are a boutique company for the planning and design of weddings and events in Miami, Florida, specializing in creating unforgettable experiences. Our mission is to design and coordinate flawless events with excellence and attention to every detail. We turn your vision into an elegant, stress-free celebration: we select trusted vendors, take care of your budget with transparency, and coordinate every detail—from the concept to the last dance. Weddings, social events, and corporate events in Miami and South Florida. Every event is unique—just like you.
We specialize in destination weddings and in guiding couples who live outside Florida. If you’re planning your wedding or event in Miami, South Florida, Puerto Rico, or anywhere in the U.S. but don’t live here, we’re your best ally. We manage everything remotely with clear communication, a vetted vendor network, and end-to-end logistics—so when you arrive, everything is exactly as you dreamed.
Weddings: We love weddings—and our couples become family. After a year of planning together, the trust we build often leads us to plan their next milestones too. We offer full planning, partial planning, and day-of/month-of coordination with bilingual service (ES/EN).
Family & Social Events: Baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and intimate celebrations—styled and produced with the same care as your wedding.
Corporate & Residential Events: Tenant/resident activations, holiday parties, lobby pop-ups, and brand experiences. We’ve been fortunate to produce events for the two towers at Brickell City Centre (Rise & Reach) and other Brickell properties such as Brickell Key One and Panorama Tower.

The Person Behind the Magic
My name is Zaira Leo. I moved to Florida 15 years ago from Puerto Rico. Although I studied technical radiology, being involved in planning school events, galas, black tie affairs, and corporate events for the school as well as my husband’s company it was then that I fell in love with event planning! I wanted to make my client’s vision become a reality and, above all, to exceed their expectations!
A stylish event begins long before the guests arrive. It begins with masterful planning. First of all, I consider life to be about creating unforgettable moments that is why I made it my business, planning and coordinating events that bring people together, connect them and leave them with amazing experiences not just for them, but for all of your guest. Our role and priority are to create a beautiful stress-free event. Whatever you can imagine, we bring it vividly to life.
